We want you to love your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Schwinn bikes and accessories purchased directly through our website. If you are not completely satisfied, we will provide a full refund or exchange for items in new and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your bicycle if necessary and place the items back in their original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals and small components are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
